For one of the leading companies in the LendTech sector, we organised and conducted a comprehensive training course on data protection and GDPR.

This time we placed particular emphasis on:

- definitions and legal basis for data protection;

- basic principles and procedures regarding data protection and compliance with GDPR requirements in the company;

- sanctions and penalties related to violations of GDPR and personal data privacy;

- adverse actions and employees' obligations regarding the processing of personal data;

- procedures and obligations relating to breach notification.

We tailor the training we provide to the specifics of the sector and client, analysing in detail the concerns and problematic issues occurring in the sector. As far as possible, in the practical parts we analyse cases and situations that have arisen in a given company.
