Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the SWPS University in Warsaw as well as of sociology at the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences and Resocialisation at the University of Warsaw. She is a legal adviser registered in the list of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Experience

At our law firm, Mr. Jędrasiak participates in ongoing advisory services for payment and lending institutions and FinTech companies. She has experience in advising on credit products such as online loans, credit cards, business loans and factoring.

Ms. Jędrasiak participates in the development of documentation for credit products (consumer credit) and payment products (credit cards) including regulations and internal procedures. Ms. Jędrasiak participates also in providing opinions on new products for lending institutions in terms of compliance with the Consumer Credit Act, case law and UOKIK guidelines.

Whats important to mention Ms. Jędrasiak participates also in assisting clients in administrative proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
