We are marking our presence in the M&A industry. In September 2024, Monika Macura and her law firm joined the WOM&AN association, a global community of women working in the field of mergers and acquisitions.

WOM&AN is an organization committed to empowering women executives in mergers and acquisitions. Its mission is also to promote the inclusivity and personal and professional development of women in the sector. This is all made possible through a variety of initiatives, such as networking, mentoring and training.

As a law firm specializing in Fintech and M&A created and led by a woman, we share the association’s values and goals. We believe that diversity and equality are key to success in business, and that creating a supportive environment for women is essential to reaching their full potential.
