16th edition of FinTech & InsurTech Digital Congress with participation of Monika Macura

On December 2, 2024, the 16th edition of the FinTech & InsurTech Digital Congress will be held in Warsaw, where Monika Macura, attorney at law, will speak. The law firm is a content partner of the event.

Monika Macura will lead the presentation “Regulatory know-how for business. An Overview of Market Regulation”, she will also moderate the expert debate ”New Rules of the Game. The Impact of the Changes on Business” as part of the panel Technology landscape #Security #DATA & AI.

The FinTech & InsurTech Digital Congress brings together innovators and experts from the financial and insurance sectors in the rapidly changing world of technology, as part of a regular conference.

During the debate, which will be moderated by Monika Macura, invited experts will discuss, among other things, how dynamic regulatory changes affect the business environment – do they support or rather inhibit innovation and development of companies in the market? There will also be a discussion of the changes in financial sector regulations introduced by the DORA Regulation – in the context of fintech considerations.

The debate is scheduled as part of the Technology landscape #Security #DATA & AI panel. Along with Monika Macura, the participants will include: Magdalena Szwarc-Bakuła (Legal Area Director, General Counsel, Santander Bank Poland) and Radosław Kamiński (General Counsel, Allianz).
