Preparation of regulations, creation of privacy and cookies policy
Preparation of comprehensive documentation for an e-commerce website regarding the use of cookies. Our work starts with listening to the client, getting to know the specifics of their business, understanding their business goals and the main challenges they face. This ensures that our services are tailored to the client’s needs.
We also keep abreast of changes in the law and trends in judicial and administrative case law. As a result, our clients can be assured that we provide them with the utmost care and have an individual approach to each of them.
With these values in mind, we recently faced the task of preparing comprehensive documentation for a website providing insurance comparison services.
The scope of our consultancy included:
- preparation of, among other things, the regulations of the website;
- creation of privacy and cookie policy;
- drafting guidelines for the placement of the relevant – and previously prepared by our law firm – declarations and consents on the website, as well as guidelines for the cookie banner.
As legal advisers, we attach great importance to the correct implementation of the cookie policy on websites.
We also encourage you to read the article “Cookies: will “reject everything” become the new standard?”, in which trainee solicitor Anna Jędrasiak analyses the current guidelines on how easy it is to grant, as well as revoke, consent to the installation of popular cookies.
