Comprehensive consulting in the area of GDPR

The law firm has established permanent cooperation in the area of personal data protection with a leading airline on the Polish market, specialising in charter flights.

We started our cooperation with an audit of all data processing processes in the organisation, as well as with the assignment of legal grounds for data processing to individual processes. We also analysed the register of processing activities and internal documentation of data processing.

Important aspects of our work with the client include:

• advice on the principles of personal data administration;
• definition of model contractual clauses related to data transfer;
• defining the principles of data processing.

As the airline also has an online platform for the commercial purchase of tickets, we also advised on the drafting of regulations, consents and statements for the website.
