Experience

At the firm, he provides ongoing advice to payment institutions, particularly in the areas of compliance and RODO. He represents clients in proceedings before the KNF (polish Financial Supervisory Authority) – especially in matters concerning licenses and permittions. He acts on behalf of a clients in proceedings before the UOKiK (the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection), as well as in court proceedings.

He developed his experience in the field of compliance while providing legal services to a leading entity in the aviation transport infrastructure capital group in Poland, where he was responsible for the introduction of applicable laws and market standards for internal organizational units, supervised the correct application of the provisions of internal procedures, and monitored the risk of irregularities, reporting on identified irregularities in company operations.

His previous experience was gained while working for Warsaw law firms, where he dealt with, among other things, comprehensive services for clients in the banking sector.
