Anna Jędrasiak
Attorney at law. She specializes in civil and banking law, as well as financial market regulations, payment services and consumer law, in particular in the meaning of consumer credit issues. In addition, she advises on personal data protection, as well as anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT).
Experience
She has experience in advising on credit products such as online loans, credit cards, business loans and factoring. At the firm, she participates in ongoing advisory services for payment and lending institutions and FinTech companies.
Anna supports clients in reviewing new products and ensuring their compliance with relevant law provisions, regulator guidelines and case law. Participates in the development of documentation for credit (consumer credit) and payment (credit cards) products, including regulations and internal procedures. Participates in complex implementations of new products and documentation for supervised institutions. Advises clients on issues related to commercial and company law.
Represents clients in judicial as well as administrative proceedings, including before the Financial Supervisory Commission, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Financial Ombudsman and the Office for Personal Data Protection
Speaker and author of workshops on: personal data protection, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, and the Law on Consumer Credit.
