Legal assistant and a student specializing in law and new technologies. She has a keen interest in financial law, particularly in exploring its intersection with emerging technologies and the potential of artificial intelligence.
Experience
She supports senior team members by preparing summaries of the latest legal developments in new technologies law and FinTech, as well as drafting documents for administrative and civil proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
Her experience includes providing legal support to a brokerage house and issuers in bond issuance processes. Through assistant roles in law firms with diverse specializations, where she drafted applications, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, she has gained valuable insights into the industry’s dynamics across various sectors.
