Experience

With seven years of experience in specialized roles at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego, KNF), he has developed a deep understanding of the mechanisms and intricacies of banking supervision. His responsibilities included evaluating the suitability of bank board members, overseeing compliance with investor commitments, reviewing domestic and EU regulatory frameworks, and implementing pioneering regulations for lending institutions. He also has extensive experience managing administrative proceedings at both first and second instances and supporting administrative court cases. Additionally, his expertise covers licensing processes for banks, credit intermediaries, and mortgage credit intermediaries.

He applies this extensive knowledge to provide legal support to a group of companies in the payment services and banking sectors, focusing on interactions with supervisory authorities. This includes representing clients in proceedings before the Financial Supervision Authority, such as obtaining licenses for payment services and addressing supervisory inspections.

He also prepares and reviews internal documentation and ensures the timely submission of regulatory reports to supervisory bodies.
