We advised on Mobilum Pay’s acquisition of shares in Billon Solutions

We had the pleasure of advising on the project for the purchase of shares in Billon Solutions by Mobilum Pay.

Our advice covered all aspects of drafting and negotiating the contract, and we also support both companies in the post-transaction phase.

Mobilum Pay provides the infrastructure and payment technology to help accelerate deployment and build trust among users. Mobilum has been operating since 2021 with the aim of increasing the popularity of cryptocurrencies. It is a financial institution licensed in multiple jurisdictions.

Billon Solutions Sp. z o.o. is the first entity in Poland to be authorised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to issue electronic money and provide payment services as an electronic money institution (registration number KIPE1/2019).
